Hi.
My ReadyNAS has 2 x 1Tb drives in RAID 1 mode.
I reported VPN (Disconnected) problem a few days ago and seemed to have solved the problem and the ReadyCloud app on my Windows 10 64 bit laptop recorded Connected (Local) when at home. I am now away from home and connected to wi-fi and now get the VPN (Disconnected) again. The ReadyCloud app is version 1.18. The firmware is 6.10.1.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the ReadyNAS but I still have the problem.
I can access the drive remotely by Android and via the web. Thanks
