VPN Disconnected ReadyNAS 212

Hi. 

My ReadyNAS has 2 x 1Tb drives in RAID 1 mode.

I reported VPN (Disconnected) problem a few days ago and seemed to have solved the problem and the ReadyCloud app on my Windows 10 64 bit laptop recorded Connected (Local) when at home. I am now away from home and connected to wi-fi and now get the VPN (Disconnected) again. The ReadyCloud app is version 1.18. The firmware is 6.10.1.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the ReadyNAS but I still have the problem. 

I can access the drive remotely by Android and via the web. Thanks

There is a new ReadyCLOUD desktop app version available which is the version 1.19. It is not yet on the update server but you can download the installer on this link.

Version 1.19 appears to allow remote connection. Uploadto the server immediately to help others. Many thanks!
