Volume C: Offline, RAID Level , disks, 0% of 0 MB used
The ReadyNAS NV+ stopped working. After a couple of reboots I was able to establish that Drive 1 was bad. I replaced Drive 1 with a new drive and now it shows available but the volume keeps reading
"Volume C: Offline, RAID Level , disks, 0% of 0 MB used"
The web interface shows all green but the Box has drive 1 and 4 flashing at the same time.
Any idea what to do? I don't want to reformat and lose all the data.
Brook

Please open a tech support case e.g. at my.netgear.com
Post your case number and refrain from attempting to fix the problem yourself. Sounds like you may have multiple disk failures.
I assume from what you've said above that your backup is not up to date? Please note in future that if important data is primarily stored on the ReadyNAS (or any other device for that matter) you need to backup that data regularly. See Preventing Catastrophic Data Loss
