error message when shared file is available for editing
Hi, we have a ready nas that was all working fin until a few weeks ago when all of a sudden the following scenario happens:
user 1 opens excel file to work in it
user 2 opens same file but gets message about file being locked for editing and so clicks "notify"
user 1 saves and closes file
user 2 get snotification about file being ready to access (all ok up to here)...
user 2 clicks to open file for editing and gets message
"We're having trouble connecting to the server. If this keeps happening, contact your help desk"
if user 2 closes the error, and the file and re-opens it's all OK.
this problem can be replicated vice versa too.
Before a week or so ago there was no problem.
I have upgraded firmware to 6.7.5 but the problem remains.
Anyone else seen this or have any ideas?
