export share in nfs with exec flag

I have a share on my readynas, and I want to export it in nfs with the exec flag. How can I do? I cannot find anything in the nas admin panel

As you found, there is no way to do this from the web ui.
I think that you could manually add exec in /volumename/._share/sharename/nfs.conf
You'd have to be careful not to change the NFS config in the web ui after you've done that, and it is possible that you still might need to re-add it from time to time.
After you modify nfs.conf, you'd either need to
# systemctl restart readynasd
from ssh or reboot the ReadyNAS.
