Does that disk have any SMART errors?

Can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Re: health changed from Redundant to Degraded

How do i check the smart status?

when i go to http://IP.OF.NAS/dbbroker i get

nternal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache/2.2.31 (Debian) Server at IP.OF.NAS Port 80

I am running firmware 6.4.1

Re: health changed from Redundant to Degraded

Normally you'd use https://IP.OF.NAS/admin

but you shouldn't see that error with your URL (at least I don't with 6.4.2).

You can also try downloading the logs with RAIDar 6

Re: health changed from Redundant to Degraded

Those SMART stats look fine.

Once the resync that is in progress completes I would suggest that you update to 6.4.2 and see if you run into the issue again.

You may also wish to disable the anti-virus service as there is a known performance issue with that at the moment.

You either need to install the hotfix or upgrade to 6.5
