itunes - how to specify music location?

The settings for the itunes server doesn't appear to have a way to tell it where my music is located?

iTunes is enabled at a per share level. So you can enable it on the share containing your Music

Yea, I think I just stumbled onto that.

Can I point it to a specific directory within the one of my shares by manually editing the conf file?

You could try making such a change, but it might not stick.

I am having difficulty gettings the itunes server to work. I can start the forked-daap service, and I can see the database being created. But when I open itunes, and point it to my library I see no music.

I tried giving it a small directory of music to test, and no luck.

I suppose it would help if I could find the log file for it... Any ideas?
