The RND2000 is a V1 running 4.1. The other is a RN10200 running 6.10.6
Thx. RN102 came up when I googled RND2D, but I didn't recall the RN102 being known by that name.
The answer is no, you cannot migrate the disks to the RN102. Paid support can temporarily mount the Duo v1 volume for you, but that is just so you can off-load data. An alternative way to off-load data is to connect disk 1 in the Duo to a Windows PC, and use r-linux for windows. https://www.r-studio.com/free-linux-recovery/

I'm not sure exactly what the RND2D is - do you have another name for it?
Also, we need to know if the RND2000 is a -100 (running 4.1.x firmware) or -200 (running 5.3.x firmware) The -200 will say "Duo v2" on the front panel.
