"Remove inactive volumes do use the disk" after removing one drive. Cannot revert. RN102 FW 6.5.1
Hi,
I have a RN102 with 2 WD red disks (one 3TB, other 4TB) on X-RAID (RAID1) mode.
Started getting ATA errors on 1 of the drives (3TB). Took it out to send to warranty but now get inactive volume error and cannot access my data on the other drive. I do not have a backup. Tried puting back the 3TB drive but nothing changes. Also tried restarting. In both scenarios (4TB or 4TB+3TB drives) the drives show up in red color on the admin page, saying "Remove inactive volumes do use the disk". No ATA erros showing up on the 4TB drive.
Any ideas?
PS: tried to call support but line is always busy.
Thanks in advance for your time and suggestions.

contact support and ask about a data recovery contract. It is expensive though.
