I have a rn516, it cannot boot up after normal restart. It shown null +0 and the panel

It could be caused by an add-on crashing for example, but that error is very generic so there are a range of possibilities.

You could try forcibly powering down the NAS, and then restart it. Likely that will work, but the problem might recur.

the addon -syslog fill up the root partition, after deleted the /var/log files and reboot , it resumed to normal!

If you don't remove the add-on that created the large log file then the problem will likely come back.
