If you have antivirus enabled, then turn it off immediately.
Then you can contact paid support (my.netgear.com) as suggested in your warning message.

Once fixed, leave the AV service off. Netgear is dropping it from the RN100 series (starting with 6.10 firmware) because the platform no longer has enough resources to run it.
