rsync in 6.9.2 subdirectory

After upgrading to 6.9.2 I've noticed that rsync backup jobs that have a share subdirectory as a source don't seem to be running correctly. They complete almost immediately, nothing is copied, and the log has minimal info (see below). I've also looked at the processes running and it seems like rsync is actually never even executed. This appears to be similar to: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/Rsync-broken-since-6-7-1-amp-6-7-3/td-p/1291473 but since that thread is old I decided not to reopen it.

I am not seeing that, though my setup might differ from yours.

I have 6.9.2 running on the backup RN524x, and the backup jobs run on the RN524x ("pull).  The source NAS (RN526x) is still running 6.9.1.

Re: rsync in 6.9.2 subdirectory

I probably should have added a bit more detail. It's a local backup to USB using rsync and it's been working well for quite a long time now. Nothing has changed except for 6.9.1 and 6.9.2 updates. First upgrades in a long time.

Does anything change if you set the port to 873?

Re: rsync in 6.9.2 subdirectory

Nothing changes when I change the port to 873.  rsync doesn't even seem to run.  Usually, I can see rsync and fvbackup in top or in ps.

Can you try running the job again then download your logs and send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Thanks @mdgm-ntgr. I went ahead and did that a couple of days ago. Let me know when you have a chance to go through them and provide some advice.
