second user can create link, but people wont be able to access...

second user can create link, but people wont be able to access...
my second user can access the folder I shared with read write access.
When he create a link of sub folder ,link has been generetaed and can be shared.
But the people who got the link can not see any data. somthing is wrong.
please look into this.

Welcome to the Community!
The Web link function is working for non-admin users as well. We just tested it and it is working.
Have you tried sharing the main share folder not just the subfolder? Have you tried setting up a Password?
You may want to try creating a Web Link using another ReadyCloud user and see if it will be the same. Have you tried giving full access to the user?

Thank you for the PM. I have tested the link you provided and it gives me access to your file.
Have you tried accessing on a different browser? (Chrome, Firefox)
Also, please try to check the changes I asked to be changed like the number of visits and password requirement.
