I'm running OS 6.9.5 readynas pro. Last week I had a problem with the Time machine. One of my Mac had to restart its backup. I noticed that it couldn't erase is prior backup. What I didn't noticed I had also gotten and error with the volume.
The volume data encountered an error and was made read-only. It is recommended to backup your data."
I did some checks on the two oldest drives and they seem ok (one has Command Timeouts: 4). I did a small backup of the most important Data. Also, I also noticed that since I turn off the Time Machine backup on my Mac's, the error for the volume hasn't come back. It would seem that the two are related. Anyone ever seen this? is there a bug with OS 6.9.5 with time machine? Could the fact that backup can't be delete is causing the volume to be in read only?
