1100 won't mount (Ref#18137312)
We came in this week and the ReadyNAS 1100 won't mount. All lights on the unit indicate normal operation. Radar finds it but when I click setup it won't even load the login page for Frontview. All the Mac's in our office (all Macintosh shop), display the unit in the servers network connection windows, but no one can mount the NAS. I have not able to access it with a direct usb connection either. Would appreciate any tips for mounting the unit. Since I can't even load the login page for Frontview I can't say exactly which version it is running, but I do remember updating it within the last few months.

Re: 1100 won't mount
When did you purchase this 1100? Was it purchased on/after August 21, 2007?
Could you open a tech support (http://www.readynas.com/support) case and edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in this thread to include your case number)?
Do you have any add-ons installed?

Re: 1100 won't mount
Bought it on March 31, 2007. No add-ons installed. We did replace the power supply in December. I will open a support ticket.

Re: 1100 won't mount
Unit is out of warranty then.
Also note the NAS cannot be used as a USB target device http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/hardware/can_i_attach_the_readynas_to_a_usb_port_on_the_pc
