All shares have disappeared a month after my warranty expired

Upon reboot and failure to install the latest firmare update the ReadyNAS no longer has any shares... drives seem to have data.   I checked the logs and Im receiving the following: Volume: System volume root usage is 91 %. This condition should not occur in normal conditions. Please contact technical support.

My support expired last month.  I've spent the last hour trying to find a way to renew support ...looking at some pdf about support.. isn't there just a phone number I can call?  Clearly the log tells me to contact support and looking at several instances of this in this forum the solution is contact support.

Please help.  I've got to get this up and running in 24 hours.

Thanks,

Mike

You can contact Netgear via my.netgear.com and ask for per-incident paid support.
