This should be fixed now.

When you installed apache2 via SSH it enabled the default config overriding our config.

Re: Apache ReadyNAS

Hello itze7,

Welcome to the community!

This is something that can be done from the back end. Try contacting support center too as they can have this escalated to get higher tier remote in to your NAS to get this fixed.

Regards,

Re: Apache ReadyNAS #26463387

Sounds like you may have made the problem worse by doing this.

Are you able to download the logs using RAIDar?

Can you still access your data? Do you have a backup?

Re: Apache ReadyNAS #26463387

I only just got the logs.

I see you have now updated the firmware to 6.4.2.

Are you still unable to access the web admin interface?

Which apps do you have installed?
