Aug 2015 -ReadyNAS Duo V1 - trying to use a new Hitachi ultrastar

I am trying to put in a new Ultrastar drive - HDN724030ALE640 - to expand my space. It wont recognize the drive. Any ideas?

The max capacity disk supported by the Duo v1 is 2TB.
