Cant download file size more than 2GB from NAS104.

Hi,

I am trying to download files over 2gb in size over the internet using Readycloud but it will show them as only a few 100 k in size so can anyone tell me if this is normal or is there a fix?

Are you downloading via ReadyCloud app or ReadyCloud web?

Are you able to download small size of file?

Are you on the same network where the NAS is?

I am using the Readycloud web access outside of my home network and also on the same internal network. 

Files of 2GB or less download fine but anything larger only downloads a few KB of data.

What's the current firmware version of the NAS?

Please try doing it using ReadyCloud app instead and let's see if same problem. Please also check if you get the same problem when downloading through ReadyCloud web on a computer that is on the same network where the NAS is.
