Followed Boot menu instructions using paperclip to access and backup button to scroll through options to memory test, then pressing reset button to select it. The screen goes back to show 'boot menu' and just sits there. It doesn't appear to be doing anything - can anyone comment?

You should both find that the memory test boot menu option works now.

That sounds like the memory test files for your system might be missing from the internal flash.

Are the missing memory test files fixable, and if so I’d really appreciate any help you can provide?

Re: Memory Test Start Problem on ReadyNAS Pro Business running OS6.9.3
I'm having the same issue on my Pro 6 on OS 6.9.4. It was suggested to try a memory test in another thread I started because of some hangs so I had a chance to try it just today and get the exact same thing. I get to the boot menu and page through to Memory test, but when I select it the Boot Menu is displayed again. although it doesn't appear to be the normal boot menu because I can no longer select through the items.
I did try a few other options from the boot menu including normal, and Tech support and those options appear to work correctly. Will watch this thread to see if there are any other options. I haven't tried doing an OS reinstall or factory reset from the menu, but I'm guessing those options should work.
Thanks,
Jeff
