No apps installed or available - even when installing manually

My readynas lost its apps section a while back, maybe a year or 2 ago. I never really cared since that one was just used for backups. Now I have a need for adding a couple apps but the pages are blank. I have tried reinstalling the OS and that did not work. I would rather not default the ReadyNAS and lose the data thats on there. Is there any way to fix this? I was actually wanting to use resiliosync to mave data off the Nas at this point. Can someone assist? I have access to everything else and the unit works perfectly other than that.

You used to have a volume called RN314R10. You deleted this volume but the system was still looking for apps under /RN314R10. This caused problems installing the package that's necessary for available and installed apps to show in the GUI.
/lib/systemd/system/apps.mount and /lib/systemd/system/home.mount needed to be manually modified to point to the relevant locations under /data
This has now been done and the problem is fixed.

Re: No apps installed or available - even when installing manually
Hi highintensity,
May I know the current firmware of the NAS? Have you also tried clearing the web browser cache?

Don't post your logs publically - there are privacy implications. Options are to (a) put the download link in the email or (b) send the download link to a mod using the privage message facility in the forum.
I've redacted your links, and sent them in a PM to @JohnCM_S

By the way, have you tried manually installing the Resilio Sync app? If not, you may try that and see if that will succeed. You may download deb file of the Resilio sync app here.
Can you also post a screenshot of what you see on the Apps tab of the NAS admin page?

Re: No apps installed or available - even when installing manually
Yes I have tried installing it and other apps. Nothing happens even though it looks like its installing. It says Processing then fails with no error number.
Both windows apps and installed apps blank
