RN204 UPGRADE TO V6.6.0; ANY SHARED ACCESS ISSUES?

Hello,

At present I am runninf v6.5.0 on my ReadyNAS RN204, I upgraded to v6.5.1 and lost connectivity to my shared files via weblink, so I downgraded back to v6.5.0.

I see v6.6.0 has been released and since the release notes state there is no going back to v6.5.x, I have a questions:

1. Has the issue of "web link shared files cannot be accessed" been fixed.

This is an issues as I am not the most technically blessed person on the planet, and need the links I create and send to work out of the box.

Any assurences would be welcome.

Hi GPSIS_HQ,

The Server had some changes some days ago, so weblinks can't be accessed on 6.5.1,

for the server change, some FW side changes were also needed,

so please update to 6.6.0, weblinks are OK now.

Are you referring to a shared link to access NAS via ReadyCloud?

No, I'm refering to a link that has been created in ReadyCLOUD, but emailed to an end user that they would access via their web browser.

I finally had some down time to update from v6.5.0 to v6.6.0 and I am happy to report the issues I had with v6.5.1 [web links downloaded small sized files, but not intire file] seem to be resolved.
