RN516 Stuck Booting...Updating FW (FW 6.6.0)

I have 2 identical NAS516's and upgraded them both yesterday from 6.5.1 to 6.6.0. One of them upgraded with no problem and the other is now stuck (about 18 hours) saying "Booting... Updating FW". I CAN see the device on RAIDAR and it says updating.
I have a lot of important data on there which is backed up to Prime, but do NOT want to start from scratch as it will take a long time to recover all the data.
What should I do from here?

Hi jah313,
It appears the issue you have described requires assistance from the engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend. It shows on your records that you still have chat support warranty, I suggest contacting support center and can get one of the engineers take a look at it.

See what happens if you do a cold boot.

I was concerned about this because of the "dont interupt firmware install".
I did reboot the system and things came up normally

If a firmware update gets stuck and stays that way for a very long time eventually you'd have no choice but to try a reboot. Glad that resolved it for you.
