ReadyNAS 102 powers up automatically 31st of each month at noon!
My ReadyNAS 102, despite having auto power on disabled, always turns itself on at exactly 12pm only on the 31st day of each months with 31 days. Sounds like a software/date bug. Anyone else having this problem?

Try setting a power on schedule, then deleting it again.

The power on schedule may be cleared from the UI when a factory reset is done but it is still configured. The workaround to fix this is doing what StephenB suggested.

Re: ReadyNAS 102 powers up automatically 31st of each month at noon!
Did that, but it just changed the day that it powers on now it looks like. 😞 It had been turning on the 31st. I sat it to power on Wednesday this time, rebooted, deleted the job from the chart and disabled the power on schedule, and rebooted again. Then Wednesday came and it powered itself on even though it had been deleted! Now I wonder if it will turn on the second of each month instead of the 31st....
Any way to SSH in or something to manually clear the schedule?

Re: ReadyNAS 102 powers up automatically 31st of each month at noon!
I've tried re creating then deleting a power schedule but it makes no difference.
Is there a way to factory reset without wiping the drives?
I'd expect this fixed by now. I only turn my bad on when I need it so it spends most of its time off, until it turns itself on!!

Hi turnerpunk,
I am not sure about the SSH commands for it. Lets wait for someone in the community for some feedback. You could also consider a per-incident support from NETGEAR.
