i cant seem to delete \data\home\Backup on the admin page. nor i can find that folder on the mac Finder

The folder has been deleted now.Once the balance I am running has completed please run another from the UI, by oging to System > Volumes, selecting the volume and choosing balance.Once that is done, I would run a defrag.Best not to fill the volume to more than 80-85%.I would recommend scheduling a balance every few weeks or so. I would also schedule a defrag.

Do you have a user called Backup?That is a private home share.
i dont have a user called Backup...

Turns out that was not a home folder. Your data volume being so full could have been a factor.
it was backing up to another NAS.. dono why it started back to same NAS.. i need to delete that backup folder to free up space
how to schedule?
Under System > Settings > Volume Schedule.
if i want to delete that folder manually how should i do it?
Did you try logging in via SMB as the admin user? You could have tried deleting the folder using that seeing it was just a folder not a share.
I used SSH and the rm command.
