ReadyNas network speed problem

Hello, runnning release 4.2.19 and since one or two releases I can only get about 400-500 Mbit/second from my NAS (Gigabit, but no teaming). I used to be able to get 800-950 Mbit when readin files and even when making backups (PC is fast enough for this with raided SSDs etc).

Did something break as far as network speed is concerned in release 4.2.18 or 19???

Hello Johan,

There are complaints about the read/write speed on 4.1.8, haven't heard too much on 4.2.19. However, I recommend testing the beta firmware to see if it addresses your issue. If not please post on the beta forum your results.

What protocol are you transferring over?

CIFS. MIght this be a good time to ask if SMB2 is in the dev pipe-line :).
