My readynas does a factory reset everytime I reboot it.
After some research I found that it was because my drives were locked and that I needed to have a tech from Netgear to unlock them.
In order to do that it seems that I need to reboot in Tech Support mode to get a code.
This is what I have done and here is my debug code: 64726.
I would greatly appreciated that someone unlock my drives.
one question, is this normal that Raidar took 1 hour to detect my NAS and give the debug code? it seems pretty long.
Thank you for your help.
