Unable to Unlink Dropbox

I have a not working Dropbox account setup in my ReadyNAS, and I would like to re-authorize a new one, but I am unable to unlink the old Dropbox account and the Autorize button is grayed.

 

I am on V6.2.4

 

How can I delete the Dropbox setup to redo the whole authorization process ?

That's very old firmware. Also we have some improvements for Dropbox support coming in the next firmware release 6.7.0.

 

Is your data backed up?

Hello mdgm,

 

Not out of the device.

 

We have a backup on the Nas, but our cloud backup was going to be Dropbox and it's not working.

 

Should I do a backup out of the Nas, and update the firmware ?

Hello iagorubio,

 

It is always strongly recommended to have full backup as storing important files to just one device is not really a good idea. I suggest you back up first then update the firmware.
