Unable to delete snapshots 6.6.1

When I select and delete the snapshot it is not deleted - there is no error message and I don't see anything in the log visible via UI.
Are there any other logs I can check to see what is happening?

I did a reboot into Tech Support mode (although I am not sure this worked as I believe telnet should still work?) and then I rebooted. Everything seems fine - I am able to delete snapshots.
I am am wondering if I tried to delete too many at once at my first attempt.

Re: Unable to delete snapshots 6.6.1
So if you clear your web browser cache, close your web browser and reopen the web admin interface the snapshot is still there?
Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Re: Unable to delete snapshots 6.6.1
Yes. I have tried on a variety of devices and the snapshot remains.
The download of the logs is timing out even though the system is not under any load. Is there an alternative to the UI Download button via ssh?

Hi patrickmcmahon,
Just would like to verify if you were able to try out what I mentioned.

Please see my previous reply. I am not able to download the logs and was asking for a ssh alternative.
