Updating firmware
I have recently bought a ReadyNAS Duo for personal use.
The Firmware is 4.1.6
I would like to update it. So, in FrontView I go to System > Update > Remote
Then I click on "Check for Update". After about 30 seconds it says "Error connecting to remote server".
If I go to Network > Interfaces, it says that the Status is "Online/100Mbit/Full-duplex"
Does the "Online" mean that it can acess the internet or does it just mean that it is accessible on the network by other PCs?
The clock is set to synchronize with NTP servers, but that is clearly not working because the time is about 45 minutes slow.
Why am I not able to obtain updates?
Thank you

Re: Updating firmware
Well, it looks like I have solved the problem - my DNS servers needed setting to my ISP's DNS servers.
