Windows cannot access readynas; You do not have permission

Previously mapped network drive to share on readyNAS no longer working. I've reviewed other threads with this error message, trying the suggestions there with no luck.

- reboot readyNAS

- disconnect mapped drive

- deleting windows credentials

- mapping from command window

I am able to connect to another shared folder (such as pictures), but not to shared elc folder. I believe all the permissions are set the same on our netgear admin page.

This is happening on two computers, running windows 10. I'm unable to connect using admin account or a user account.

Re: Windows cannot access readynas; You do not have permission

Did you try resetting the file permissions on the elc share (using the reset control on the file access tab of the share settings)?
