in case of damage
I own a readynas nv+ v1, with 2 bays occupied by 2 tb wd red.
Ok if one hard disk broke I could replace with another one,
but If the entire nas broke, how could get back the data?

From your backup (which is why you need to have one),
If the disks are intact, you can mount them on an x86 linux system. If they aren't, you need data recovery - expensive and no guarantees of success.
