Problème boot ReadyNas 3200

Hi,

I've got a lil mistake on our ReadyNas 3200.

Since couples days we cannot reach all datas on this NAS.

We cannot ping the NAS IP and we cannot access to the web admin portal with the IP.

So we did a Reinstall of the OS with all necessary patterns but didn't work.

When i connect a screen on the NAS i got this BIOS screen : 

But nothing happened...

Do you have an idea?

Can i update the firmware with the 4.2.28 version?
