Adding multiple users to FVS318Gv2 VPN

I have read "https://community.netgear.com/t5/VPN-Firewalls/How-do-I-allow-multiple-users-to-VPN-in-at-once/m-p/9..." but I still cannot seem to configure the NetGear FVS318Gv2 to allow multiple users.

I intitally configured the NETGEAR FVS318Gv2 to allow a single user connect via a shared secret but now I need to add additional users.  I have scoured the NETGEAR FVS318Gv2 manual but I am no closer to coming up with a solution.  Is there any advice anyone can give me?

Have you configured User Database for XAUTH on the IKE Policy of the existing VPN connection?  Kindly read pages 257 to 259 of the FVS318Gv2 user manual here.
