FVS318N Firewall log msgs

The firewall log on my device is full of there 2 messages.

Can I have someone help me in understanding these 2 messages?

Is there a document I can use to interpret log message from the FVS318N?

Thank you, I put in a rule to block that IP.

My post had 2 entries I was asking about - Can you help me with this one?
I suspect it is firmware??? I have latest installed 4.2.xxx
