I was having issues with the router dropping internnet connectivity. Started once a week or so. Recently, most everyday. Solution was to power off/on. usually did this 3-4 times before unit stabilized and stayed on, until next day.
Thought I would do a firmware update to see if that solved my problem. As per docimention, did a reboot first. Applied update (hardwire). Seemed to take, then connection dropped. Docs anticipated about 10 min. So waited 10 min or so and checked for test light. Not lit. So i tried to reconnect. Could not. Looked at unit, TEST was lit. Waited 75 min. Still lit. Read a thread that indicated after tech help thought it was ok to power cycle. Did that. Still lit. I cannot access the unit. What next?
