FVS336Gv2 VPN get going down
Hello,
I've been having some issues with my VPN's.
in my FVS336Gv2 VPN Router, my VPNs are working normally, but frequently, they go down, and cant re connect via the Connection status page. the only way to get them working again is doing a cable unplug reboot. this happens very frequently, and i have to constantly do that process of reboot.
We have another office with the same VPN router, and did a switchup to discard the problem being the router itself, but we continue to have the problem.

Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Was this working fine before wherein the VPN does not frequently goes down?
b. Are there any changes made on the settings of the FVS336Gv2 or within the network setup that might have triggered the problem? If yes, what are those changes made?
c. Is the FVS336Gv2 set as the main router on your network wherein the Public WAN IP Address is registered in it?
d. What is the current firmware version of the FVS336Gv2?
