I am trying to upgrade my Netgear FVS336Gv3 from 4.3.3-6 to 4.3.4-2
I select the .img file and click OK on the "are you sure" message, then the browser displays "This page can’t be displayed"
The test light on the Netgear doesn't light and nothing happens.
Does anyone have any experience of this please? Thanks.

Managed to resolve this myself, so thought I would post the answer.
It turns out that you can only upgrade as the default "admin" user.
Good practise says disable the default admin account and create another. Unfortunately this doesn't have the rights to upgrade and there is no erroir message about this.
Hope this helps someone else.
