How many VPN Lite license keys belong to my SRX5308? and how to get them?

Hello.

I bought an SRX-5308 in September 2010.

Then I thought 1 License key for VPN Lite belongs to this Device.

Today I search for Firmwareupdates an I find:

So I thought, I bought it after Jan.2010. So I have to have 5 License keys.

But I dont know how to get them.

That Wabsite links to:

But when I enter the dates of my registered SRX5308 it tells me the Site only works for devices bought after 2012.

Then I tried to contact suppoort via the

   my.netgear.com/myNETGEAR/... Portal

But there i cant contact the support because 90 day technical support expired.

So what now?

Do 1 or 5 license keys belong to the device?

And it they are 5: how to get them?

P.S.: please excuse my bad english, I am a german customer and tried my best.
