Missing IP Addresses through VPN Tunnel between FSV336G and SRX5308

I have had several VPN tunnels setup between my office, my warehouse, and client sites for years with no issues.  Recently we switched ISPs and everythign seemed OK until I noticed that if thry to access systems in the warehouse they are not reachable.  I ran an addess scan from my office to the warehouse, and all but three of the address are not reachable.   Nothing was changed except the ISP at the warehouse. All the other tunnels are fine.  Any thoughts as to why all of a sudden 200+ addresses disappeared?

Hi Desertfox1999

Welcome to the community! Smiley Happy

Kindly answer the questions below:

1.Do you mean the 200+ address ip pc can not reach by the tunnel less than 200 address is ok?

Is the issue in just 1 tunnel?

2.Can you make sure the 200+ address pc is online ? and the Traffic Selection ip range is contain the 200+ address?

Re: Missing IP Addresses through VPN Tunnel between FSV336G and SRX5308

It is not 1 PC, it's 253 ip addresses.

1. In the range 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.0 255 I can only see 192.168.0.115, 192.168.0.127, and 192.168.0.200 through the tunnel, the other 252 addresses are unreachable.

2. The other devices are online, If I remote in through Tewamveiwer I can see the whole network, phones, cameras, PCs, switches, routers, etc.  There is only one tunnel being effected, the rest are fine.

Hi Desertfox1999

1.Can you try to disable the VPN Policies then enable it to see it is ok?

2.If it can not work, can you try to delete the vpn tunnel and recreate the vpn tunnel to see if it is ok?
