Need VPN Client License Key Reset

Hi, I recently re-imaged my windows laptop where the VPN Client software was actived. Now that the laptop has been re-imaged, I can not use the same VPN license since it gives gives me an error stating the license is already in used. How can I reset this license?

I got your private message and inquired it to a higher tier of NETGEAR Support.  It was found out on their end that you just got the VPN license key activated on the same machine today.

a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset

b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key
