Netgear VPN Client Active problem

Hi Support,

 

I have a FVG318v2 firewall with one license vpn client embedded. It is found that I can't active the vpn client on my new laptop because I forgot to remove it from my old laptop. Could you help to reset my activation status because my old laptop was sold?

You should've sent it via private message so it will keep you private and the license key won't be taken away from you. I just edited your post.

Let me try if we can now reset it.
