Netgear VPN Client Active problem

Hi

 

I have problem with VPN ProSafe Client Pro activiation, I am getting Error 33, it's been activated on other computer. I actually formated the laptop where VPN Client were installed already before, but now after the format I am not able to use the same Activation Key

 

I believe it need like reset or release from Netgear side but found it very difficult to reach to the right person, I have tried calling and all the operator answering are not getting what the problem is. Hope I can find someone here who can help.

 

I am using Windows 8.1 Pro.

Please send to me the VPN License key so that I can forward it to engineering team to have it reset.
