SRX5308 Blocking Web sites

Hello all,
I am trying to block a couple of web sites per managment. Followed instructions in manual about using content filtering. Can't seem to get it to work. Do I need to set up a user group? Add all users to this group then apply the filtering to the group? or am I missing something? Network OS is MS Small Business Server 2008. Can't use ISA server to help.
Any questions please ask just not sure what info you need.
Any help would be appreciated.

doesn't matter which is must be first or not direction because it will uses groups once you added to LAN devices it should be taking affect and you can change lan devices at will so if you have block site enabled, just add lan devices to group

I have one other question. After setting up a few to test I found that it tells the user "Oops! This page appears broken. DNS Error - Server cannot be found.
". I would like it to say something like "This site is being blocked by the Server." Is this possible?

No.... there is not editing at ease. you either have to use open source to recompile the firmware with new changes to do that..

there is none of model will do it so you have it kinda deal with it:)
