SRX5308 - VPN Lite Software 5 Lite licenses

Hello the Netgear Community,

 
I currently have 3 firewall FVX538 purchased in 2008 have been replaced in 2011 by SRX5308 model.
I am unable to obtain a license key for the VPN Lite client because it is purchased before 2012. (source: https://my.netgear.com/myNETGEAR/v2/VPNUpgrade/VPNregistration.aspx)
I'm sad because I'll only need 2 licenses while I could have 15.
Can we still hoped these licenses?

I suggest you the NETGEAR VPN Client Professional software v6.30.001.  You may download it here.  It has a 30-day free trial version.  If ever the trial period expires, you may avail a license key from any of the NETGEAR Authorized Resellers here.

I purchased this model 6/1/2016

 

How do I get my license numbers to activate the vpn lite software?

 

If they were in the box I missed them and must have thrown away.

 

How can I solve?

I think I need to adjust my question.  I lost the CD that came with the SRX5308.

 

Is there a way to get my license number that came on the CD.

It seems that you have already opened a case with our NETGEAR Chat Support team with regard to your concern.  I believe this has been inquired to a higher tier of NETGEAR Support on how to get the license keys for you to activate the VPN Client Lite software.  I suggest that we patiently wait for the feedback of the NETGEAR Chat expert who is assigned on your case.
