Hi, I need to set the Traffic Shaping Configuration settings to match my isp. Where do I put the shaping values for rate and burst in?

There is no option to configure Traffic Shaping on the SRX5308. It might be that you are pertaining to QoS such as QoS for VoIP. Kindly check the link below as reference:
