Vuezone services are again available. We sincerely apologize for the length of service interruption and for any inconvenience this may have caused. The outage was the result of an unexpected issue which impacted our cloud services and we have taken corrective action to ensure that this issue does not occur again. We also want to assure you that the service outage in no way reflects a lack of focus or Operational support for Vuezone.

If you continue to experience issues, please try rebooting your base station. If after rebooting your base station you are still unable to view your cameras, please contact support.
