Range finder
My WiFi range finder is going back tomorrow. Netgear seems to allow charletons to give advice for their products. I went to the help page and was provided bogus number to call which was out of order. Then went to chat and ended up with a middle eastern chap with a strong accent. Bottom line, he checked my IP address and said it was infected but for 79.99 his technician could make it secure. I checked the web and found that netgear has other charletons doing this with their products and doesn't mind putting their customers at risk. Hey....they got their money. This pos product goes back tomorrow. Thanks for nothing.
