2.4 ghz connection won’t access internet connection to modem all of a sudden

Having issues with 2.4 ghz connection. Tried recommendations in community but nothing works. It can’t connect to the internet but my 5 ghz has no issues. Stopped working one day, no idea what to do and very frustrated to point of getting a new one

Again, can you help us out with what that means?

The A7000 is a WiFi USB Adapter so you are using it on a PC?

What are you doing?

Where does it go wrong?
