So, this is the 2nd adapter I got today, thinking the one from yesterday was malfunctioning. I even tried to reset the USB port, but couldn't figure out how to without an error message. I keep getting the message, "Insert the wireless USB adapter into your computer. Click OK to continue." When I do, it repeats the message until finally it says the computer can't find the A6100 adapter on my computer. I tried disabling the permission for components with manifests and checking my devices (it wasn't listed). I have a Dell with Windows XP. Isn't that compatible?

Re: A6100 installation issue
Hi bask01,
1. Can you check in the device manager if the adapter is being detected.
2. Do you have other computers to install the device?
3. If you have anti-virus, try disabling it while installing the device.
